The 100 FSB Women campaign presents ‘digital role models’ to help mark tomorrow’s International Women’s Day (March 8).

Research shows increased visibility of role models could help boost number of women-led enterprises by 1.2 million.

Cornish lingerie business owner, Mish Poynter, appears on the list along with PR specialist, Suzie Smith, who were both speakers at last week’s sell out FSB Women Cornwall conference in St Mawes.

Poynter said: “Don’t wait to start your business until you think your plan it’s perfect, very few people are running exactly the business they thought they would, businesses always evolve. Start your business journey and be dynamic.”

Smith added: “Never lose sight of the flexibility that running your own business will give you in life. As a working single parent this is one of the most valuable aspects of running my own business.”

The Cornish business women’s images and inspiring quotes will be shared on social media to mark International Women’s Day.

People can engage with the campaign and join the conversation using the hashtag #100FSBwomen.
